Button Bit
According to Tungsten Carbide ‘s shape, drill bit include button bits, chisel bits, cross bit etc. As per rock drill match, rock bit cover jack hammer bit, jack hammer bit , Dth bit etc.
Normally rock drill button bits’ body is made of high quality imported special steel 45CrNiMoV, cemented carbide grade YK05 or T6 from Boart longyear. Prodrill tungsten carbide buttons are with superior wear resistance and impact toughness superior, with higher drilling penetration of rate compared with the similar rock drilling tools
Button Bits:
I. Thread Button Bits
Features:
1) Thread connection: R22, R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51.
2) Steel material: 45CrNiMoV.
3) Suitable cemented carbide tips. Dome & Ballistic at most.
4) Bits diameter: 41-127mm.
5) Suitable for Top hamer drill rig, with powerful percussive impact. As Like Tamrock DQ500, DQ102.
II. Taper Button Bit
Features:
(1) Connect shank Size: Φ19, Φ22, Φ25 and etc.
(2) Diameter: D30-42mm. 32 mm, 34mm is main size for quarrying.
(3) Tapered connection: 6 degree, 7 degree, 11 degree, 12 degree etc.
(4) Cupper insert available in case of need.
(5) To match hand-held rock drills, pneumatic air-leg rock drills, so-call jack hammer by air, with lower percussive impact. Like Y24, YT28.
